What is Bowenwork? Bowenwork is a manual therapy treatment technique utilizing gentle touch moves along key points of the body to initiate a series of integrated responses from the whole body, namely the nervous, musculoskeletal and fascial systems and the body’s energetic pathways.

Bowenwork addresses the body as a whole. The body’s integrated response to Bowenwork improves circulation and lympathic drainage as well as enhances the assimilation of nutrients and the elimination of toxins.

Bowenwork stimulates the body’s autonomic nervous system to rebalance itself. Once this occurs, the body can initiate it’s own innate self-healing response on both the structural and energetic levels.

Bowenwork is gentle on the body, making it effective and appropriate for all ages and conditions to receive and benefit.
